Prompted Magazine is a curated archive of cinematic AI photography. Prompts are the camera. Curation is the edit. Every frame here is selected the way an editor builds an issue — for mood, for sequence, for the small specific decisions that turn an image into a story.
What we are
An editorial publication. Series-first. We work with light, mood, and sequence. We treat AI generation the way a film photographer treats a roll: raw material, to be edited.
What we are not
Not a generator, not a stock library, not a tech publication. We do not sell prompts, models, or capacity. We do not write about diffusion or workflows. We write about light.
Voice
Sparse. Declarative. We say frame not image, series not album, prompt and edit by Prompted not generated by AI. Curation is a point of view.

Editorial position
Prompts are the camera. Curation is the edit.
AI lets us make pictures that did not exist. That is interesting once, and then it is mostly noise. The interesting work is what happens after — the selection, the sequencing, the decision about what a frame is for and what it is next to.
We publish moods, not products. Each frame on this site exists because it argues for itself, not because it demonstrates a tool. We don't tell you which model made which image. We tell you what the image is doing.
The archive grows by series. 24 frames at present, four series: see them in sequence.
Where to follow
Pinterest is the natural home for what we do. Series drop there first, and the boards are sorted by mood.
